Read every day. Reading is green because it's associated with health...mental health to be precise. Reading helps keep the mind sharp by strengthening your "attention" muscles. Just like the muscles in your arms get strong when you work out, your brain enhances its mental circuits when you exercise it - and one of the most enjoyable exercises you can do is read aloud. When you read aloud you will be able to better understand what you are reading and how you are interpreting it. Your vocabulary will increase by pronouncing unfamiliar words and become more acquainted with them. There are so many benefits that I'll just stop now - and read for you "The Raven" by Edgar Allen Poe. #OneOfMyFavorites
